Apprtment with patio in a quiet area close to nature

We are a small family, with a 3-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old cat. My husband is Finnish, and I am from Ukraine. We live in a small town Seinäjoki, which is 400 km from Helsinki, in a small 3-room cityhouse apartment with its own terrace bordering the forest. Neighbors in front, behind and on the side are very friendly and good people. I love our apartment especially in spring and summer, when in the morning and in the evening you can hear the loud singing of birds. When you can hide from your neighbors and sit on a sunchair in front of the forest and watch the trees sway in the wind. In the summer, we ride a lot on bicycles, there are forests, park areas everywhere. About 600 meters from us is the beautiful Pajuluoma river, along which you can walk along a 2-kilometer path between the trees, 300 meters a forest area with a 5 km long paved path (in winter it serves as a track for cross-country skiing, but depends on weather conditions), Lake Kyrkösjärvi 4 km, where you can swim in the summer, ride along the lake by bike (the length of the walk is about 23 km), the picturesque park Törnävä (Östermytä) on both sides of the Seinäjoki river, with rushing rapids, with a sunny manor house Törnävä (entrance closed during the Povinssi summer festival, several days) and its outbuildings, the history of which dates back to 200 years, the charming Törnävä church, rebuilt from a powder warehouse. In the city center, at a distance of 5 km, there is a unique architectural complex of the famous Finnish architect Alvar Aalto.
What we have: a car, 4 adult bicycles, a tent, backpacks and camping utensils.
What you can do:
Frying sausages in kota or lava, trekking (here they even developed a route for 100 km of hiking tourism, there are beautiful wooden paths laid in the swamps), delicious food in restaurants, visiting small and large zoos, sunbathing, if the weather smiles, drinking a glass of wine on terrace, grill food, go camping with a tent, travel by car, ride bicycles (from short to long routes, for example. 100 km one way, to interesting and even mystical tourist attractions in nature), consider every detail in buildings Alvara Aalto), play mini golf, Foitzbigolf. For small children, there are a lot of parks, Hop-Lop, Dudson park.

Our Neighbourhood

Nearest Airport: vaasa - 80 km

In our area you can enjoy nature by e.g. running (also trail running), walking or cycling. But you could also go to differet beautiful place by our car (for example you could visit city Vaasa and wonder it's beautiful old wooden architecture or visit it places near Gulf of Bothnia ) or by train. The nearest biger beautiful palce is Tampere-city, you'll get there only in 60 min by train. If you are intersted in longer cycling routes, we could help to planning some cycling routes for even 100 km in one direction. To Helsinki you'll get in 3 h byt train. Cycling here is very easy, because landscape here is absolutely plain.

Complex includes a 6 buldings, which are now the heart of our town. Lakuden risti-church or THE CROSS OF THE PLAINS (1951), Parish center (1965), town hall (1961), city library (1964), central government offeces(1966), city theather (1986). The last was builded by her second wife Elissa Aalto. Here you'll also find the oldest Alvar aalto bulding, The Seinäjoki Deffence corps building (1925), wich belongs to another architecure style. In the center you could also visit a very beautuiful contemporary Apila-library, which was in charming way linked to Aalto-library.
